Welcome to the second annual QuakerMan Triathlon. Located in Yates Park of Historic Orchard Park, this Triathlon will feature a beach entrance 600 meter swim in Green Lake. A fun, yet challenging 22 mile (two loops) bike course awaits throughout Orchard Park. This will be followed by a four mile run through the Green Lake development. This development was built in the 1950's and that had additional areas built in the 70's & 80's. This run course will provide much tree lined shade for Triathletes on the last leg of there race. Chip-timing technology will be provided by ChipTime Results. Due to the overwhelming success of last year's race, we will be closing registration this year at 450 participants. Over 300 registered at this time. Cappelli's Pizzeria and Catering located in Orchard Park, will be providing post event meals consisting of BBQ Chicken, potato salad, macaroni salad, and a few other trimmings. Packet pick-up for the 2009 QuakerMan triathlon & QuakerKids Tri will be at Runners Roost, located at 4190 N. Buffalo Road, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Pick-up times are as follows: Friday, June, 26th from 4 - 7:30 PM Saturday, June 27th from 10 - 1:00 pm As per USAT Rules every individual must pick-up his/her own packet and have proof of identification present.
